Grahak Mitra is not a government body, regulator, agency, or official helpline, and has no affiliation with any. We are an independent project. We do not act on your behalf or handle your case — we point you to the official channels and show you how to use them yourself.

We write in plain language, cite official government and regulator sources, and link those portals so you can verify everything and act directly — with or without us.
